摘要
阐述了前端轮系附件转速波动机理,指出发电机应用OAP的原因。从OAP结构、工作原理及动态仿真等三方面对比分析了搭载刚轮、OAP发电机结构的表现。结果表明:相较于搭载刚轮,搭载有OAP发电机的FEADS,带段抖动量占比降低,张紧臂摆角减小,多楔带使用寿命提高。
By expatiating the rotation speed fluctuation of the front end accessory drive system,the reason for application of OAP on alternator has been pointed out.From structure,working principle and dynamic simulation of OAP,the FEADS performance of the generator with rigid wheel and OAP are compared and analyzed.The proportion of band segment jitter,tension-arm swing Angle and improve the service life of multi-wedge belt can be reduce from the result.
