摘要
针对在工艺规划与调度集成环境下处理紧急订单时,原生产订单可能会出现暂停、延期或取消等问题,对所有订单进行优先级排序,依据所得信息重新进行排产决策,获得最优的调度方案。首先,构建了订单优先级评价体系,引入灰色关联分析法,综合考虑影响订单排序的多种因素,确定原有订单和紧急订单的优先级;其次,根据订单优先级顺序,对工件的提前完工和拖期完工进行惩罚,以惩罚成本和完工时间的线性加权之和最小为目标函数,建立了快速动态响应的紧急插单调度模型;再次,设计了一种多层编码结构的遗传算法对所建模型进行求解。最后通过实例验证,在考虑订单优先级情况下,能获得最优的调度方案且保证优先级高的订单按期完工。
In order to deal with emergency orders in the IPPS(integrated process planning and scheduling)environment,the original production orders may be suspended,postponed or cancelled,the orders are ranked according to their priorities,and rescheduling all orders according to the established targets is carried out to determine the optimal scheduling scheme.First,the order priority evaluation system is constructed,the gray correlation analysis is introduced,and the priority of the original order and emergency order are determined by a variety of factors affecting orders.Secondly,according to the order priority,early completion and tardiness completion of the workpiece is penalized,the linear weighted sum of the penalty cost and completion time is set as the object,with a rush inserting scheduling model for fast dynamic response established.Finally,taking consideration into order priority,an example is given to show that the optimal scheduling scheme can be obtained,and that the order with high priority can be completed on schedule.
