摘要
为解决多品种、小批量航天产品机加工的工时计算和生产进度预测问题,给出了基于数据挖掘预测方法的逻辑流程和体系架构,开展了数据需求及处理,数据分析及预测的相关研究,并提出了生产进度预测方法,可实现基于车间制造资源数据、历史数据和当前数据的工时计算和生产进度预测,为进一步明确生产节点、制定生产计划和优化生产过程,奠定了基础、提供了参考。
To solve the problems of man-hour calculation and production schedule forecasting for multi-variety and small-batch Aerospace products,the logical process and architecture of the production schedule prediction method for machine work process based on data mining are presented.Furthermore,study on data requirement and processing,data analysis and forecasting are carried out.A manufacturing schedule forecasting method is proposed,which can realize the forecasting based on workshop manufacturing resource data,historical data and present data.The method can provide the foundation and reference for further defining production nodes,formulating manufacturing schedule and optimizing production process.
