“方套方套球”的设计理论及加工工艺分析研究

Research on design theory and processing technology of “ball set of square set”

车削加工主要针对回转表面,对方体或整球零件进行车削加工是一种挑战。“方套方套球”零件首先是2个镶嵌的方套方,内方体可在外方体内自由旋转,其次在内方体中有一个可自由旋转的圆球,3个个体互不脱出,设计独特,造型美观。对“方套方套球”零件的设计过程及加工工艺进行详细分析和论证,解决了内部整球和内方体的加工难点。另外,“方套方套球”的结构能否用于液压阀中,还有待进一步研究。

Turning mainly aims at rotary surface,which is a challenge for the processing of rectangular component or parts of whole ball.“Ball set of square set”is first of two inlaid square sets.The inner square set can rotate in the outer square set freely.Secondly,there is a free rotating ball in the inner square set.The three individual parts do not come out of each other.The design is unique and the shape is beautiful.Makes a detailed analysis and demonstration of the design process and processing technology of“ball set of square set”and solves the processing difficulties of internal whole ball and inner square set.In addition,it will take further work to study whether the structure of“ball set of square set”can be used in hydraulic valves.
