摘要
为了降低工人疲劳累积所带来的各种风险,合理地确定疲劳恢复时间是主要途径之一。通过人因工程软件Jack的仿真分析工具“工作时间”和“疲劳恢复分析”,运算出工人在从事搬运作业中的行走时间和疲劳恢复时间,并通过非线性拟合建立函数模型。最后,将时间和物流成本作为车间布局的优化目标,对某减速器箱体加工车间布局进行优化设计。结果表明,综合考虑2种因素的设备布局不仅能有效地降低整体成本,而且能够充分满足工人搬运工作后的休息需求,从而降低人体肌肉骨骼累积损伤风险,有利于实现安全生产。
In order to reduce the various risks brought about by the accumulation of fatigue,it is one of the main ways to determine the fatigue recovery time reasonably.The"working time"and"fatigue recovery analysis",simulation analysis tools of human factors engineering software Jack,was used to calculate the walking time and fatigue recovery time of the worker in the carrying operation,and the function model is established by nonlinear fitting.Finally,the time and logistics cost were taken as the optimization targets of the workshop layout,and the optimization design of a reducer box processing workshop was carried out.The results show that the layout of the combining two factors can not only effectively reduce the overall cost,but also fully meet the rest needs of workers after handling work,then reduc the risk of musculoskeletal cumulative damage in human body,which is conducive to safe production.
