生产性服务业集聚对制造业转型升级的影响及对策研究——基于长江经济带11个省市面板数据的实证分析

The influence of producing service industry agglomeration on the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry and its countermeasures: An empirical analysis based on panel data of 11 provinces and cities in the Yangtze River Economic Belt

在贸易保护主义抬头、我国劳动力成本上升以及新兴廉价制造业国家兴起的背景下,我国制造业的发展面临着严峻的挑战,迫切需要实现制造业的转型升级。生产性服务业作为制造业的中间投入部门,对制造业的转型升级具有重要的影响,基于固定效应模型实证分析长江经济带生产性服务业集聚以及各细分行业集聚对制造业转型升级的影响,并分析其影响的地区差异性。结果表明:长江经济带生产性服务业集聚对制造业升级产生了显著的正向影响,且影响存在着明显的地区差异性;各细分行业集聚对制造业转型升级的影响也表现出明显的差异性。因此,长江经济带各区域要根据自身的区位禀赋促进生产性服务业的集聚发展,并根据生产性服务业各细分行业对制造业升级影响的差异性,探索更有利于制造业转型升级的生产性服务业集聚形式。

Against the background of the rise of trade protectionism,the rising labor costs in China,and the rise of emerging cheap manufacturing countries,the development of China’s manufacturing industry is facing severe challenges.It is urgent to realize the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry,as an intermediate input sector of the manufacturing industry,the producer service industry has an important impact on the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry.Based on the fixed-effects model,this paper empirically analyzes the impact of the agglomeration of productive services in the Yangtze River Economic Belt and the clustering of various industries on the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry,and analyzes the regional differences in its impact.The results show that the agglomeration of productive services in the Yangtze River Economic Belt has a significant positive impact on the upgrading of the manufacturing industry,and its impact has obvious regional differences.The impact of the accumulation of various industries on the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry also shows obvious difference.Therefore,each region of the Yangtze River Economic Belt should promote the agglomeration and development of the productive service industry according to its own location endowment,and explore a form of agglomeration of productive service industries that is more conducive to the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industries according to the differences in the impact of various sub-sectors in the producer service industry on manufacturing upgrades.
