蒲公英对急性高尿酸血症大鼠肾脏的保护作用

The Protection of T. Hand.-Mazz. on Renal Injury Rats with Persistent Hyperuricemia

目的:研究蒲公英水提物对持续性高尿酸血症大鼠肾脏的保护作用。方法:以氧嗪酸钾持续喂养5周构建大鼠持续性血尿酸水平升高所致的肾脏病变模型,将蒲公英水提液按生药量60 g/kg灌胃给药治疗,解剖大鼠,观察肾脏大小、形态和质地,计算干湿重比值以及肾脏系数。结果:肾脏研究结果表明,蒲公英给药组与阴性对照组干湿重比值有显著性差异(P<0.01),与空白对照组相比无明显差异,给药组与阴性对照组肾脏系数有统计学差异(P<0.05),与空白对照组则无统计学差异,而空白对照组与阴性对照组肾脏系数有极显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:蒲公英水提物对持续性尿酸水平升高所致的大鼠肾脏损伤具有良好的保护作用。

Objective To research the protective effects of water extract from T.mongolicum Hand.-Mazz.on renal injury rats with persistent hyperuricemia.Methods The model of renal injury rats with persistent hyperuricemia induced by continuous feeding with potassium oxonate for 5 weeks,and the water extract was treated with a dose of 60 g/kg,observe the color and hardness of kidney,and count the rate of dry to wet weight.Results The study on the protective of kidney remind that the rate of dry and wet weight in water extracts group has significantly difference with model group(P<0.01).There was a significant difference in the kidney coefficient between the negative control group(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the blank control group and the negative control group(P<0.01).Conclusion The water extract from T.Hand.-Mazz.has good protective effect on renal injury rats with persistent hyperuricemia.
