香砂六君子汤联合布拉氏酵母菌散治疗脾虚气滞型功能性消化不良48例临床观察

48 Cases of Clinical Efficacy of Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction Combined with Bradley Yeast Powder in the Treatment of Functional Dyspepsia of Spleen Deficiency and Qi Stagnation Type

目的:观察香砂六君子汤联合布拉氏酵母菌散治疗脾虚气滞型功能性消化不良的临床疗效。方法:选取脾虚气滞型功能性消化不良患者96例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各48例,对照组采用布拉氏酵母菌散治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上加用香砂六君子汤口服,两组均连续用药4 w。观察治疗前后两组患者临床症状及体征改善情况,综合评价治疗效果。结果:治疗后两组患者餐后饱胀不适、早饱感、上腹烧灼感、腹痛等临床症状及体征均有不同程度的改善,上述临床症状积分均较治疗前显著降低,且观察组各项临床症状积分均显著低于对照组,差异有统计意义(P<0.05);观察组临床总有效率为91.67%,显著高于对照组(79.17%),组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:香砂六君子汤联合布拉氏酵母菌散治疗脾虚气滞型功能性消化不良的临床疗效确切,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction combined with Bradley yeast powder on functional dyspepsia of spleen deficiency and qi stagnation type.Methods 96 patients with functional dyspepsia of Spleen-stomach qi stagnation type were randomly divided into control group and observation group,48 cases in each group.The control group were treated with Bradley yeast powder.The patients in observation group were treated with Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction on the basis of the treatment in control group for 4 weeks.The clinical symptoms and signs of the two groups were observed before and after treatment,and the therapeutic effect was evaluated comprehensively.Results After treatment,the clinical symptoms and signs in the two groups were improved to varying degrees.The scores of the above clinical symptoms were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the scores of clinical symptoms in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was 91.67%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(79.17%).There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction combined with Bradley yeast powder is effective in treating functional dyspepsia due to spleen deficiency and Qi stagnation,which is worthy of clinical application.
