建筑群消防控制室的设置分析

Analysis on the Setting of Fire Control Room of Architectural Complex

根据现行国家标准GB 50116-2013《火灾自动报警系统设计规范》要求,结合多个建筑群中消防控制室的设置经验,给出消防控制室在建筑群中设置原则和技术方案,对区域无人值守机房与消防控制室作对比分析,提出建筑群消防控制室配置方式和消防控制室内设备布置需考虑的因素,使建筑群消防控制室的设置数量更加经济合理,同时大幅节省人力运营成本。

According to current national standard GB 50116-2013 Code for Design of Automatic Fire Alarm System and in combination with experience in setting up fire control rooms in multiple architectural complexes,the principles and technical scheme of setting fire control rooms in architectural complexes are given,the regional unmanned machine room and the regional fire control room are compared and analyzed,the configuration of the fire control room in the architectural complex and the factors to be considered for the equipment arrangement in the fire control room are put forward to make the number of fire control rooms in the architectural complex more economical and reasonable,and also to greatly save the manpower and operation costs.
