基于ANSYS/LS-DYNA的螺旋刃辊切过程金属薄带材变形分析

摘要 提出一种螺旋刃辊切加工方法,代替传统的冲切技术在金属薄带材上加工出与板边成某一角度的周期性间断切缝。基于ANSYS/LS-DYNA有限元分析软件,以金属薄带材螺旋刃辊切为研究对象,建立金属薄带材辊切过程模型,对金属薄带材辊切过程进行计算机数值分析,获得金属薄带材辊切过程中应力应变的分布规律并分析了辊切区域一单元应力应变的变化规律,分析了辊刀侧向间隙、辊刀重叠量和辊切速度等参数对辊切过程中应力应变的影响情况,可为金属薄带材辊切技术提供理论依据和参考。 A method of rolling-shear with helical blade was proposed,which can be used to replace traditional punching progress to process cyclical and intermittent slits which have a certain angle with the edge of metal strip.Numerical analysis model was established and the rolling-shear progress of thin metal strip was simulated by ANSYS/LS-DYNA finite element software.The distribution of stress and strain were obtained and the variation laws of stress and strain of an element at shear area were analyzed.Meanwhile,the effects of various parameters such as gaps of shear blade,overlaps of shear blade,shear speeds and the strip thickness on stress and strain were investigated.The results can provide theoretic foundation and reference for the rolling-shear technology of thin metal strip.
