摘要
针对大型钢结构件装配过程中出现的错装、漏装和不按要求装配等问题,提出了一种可交互的三维装配工艺辅助系统,系统采用二维码对零/部件进行标识,通过移动设备扫描零/部件二维码,远程服务解析扫码数据,基于SolidWorks软件的二次开发实现对移动端辅助三维模型装配图和技术文件的推送,实现装配数据的实时可视化,提高了装配效率。
Aiming at the problems of mis-assembly,missing installation and assembly failure according to the requirements of large steel structural parts assembly,an interactive three-dimensional assembly process auxiliary system is proposed.The system uses two-dimensional code to identify the components and scans the two-dimensional code of the components through mobile devices.The remote service parses the scanned code data,realizes the push of the assistant 3D model assembly diagram and the technical file to the mobile client based on the secondary development of the SolidWorks software,and realizes the real-time visualization of the assembly data,and improves the assembly efficiency.
