摘要 介绍一种基于加工特征的模块化木工榫头数控加工方法,利用该加工方法可实现数控代码的模块化和可重用性,使复杂的数控程序设计得到简化,提高工艺系统的自适应能力。该加工方法是结合CAD/CAM特征技术,对木工榫头进行加工特征分析和加工功能模块的G代码封装,通过加工面与加工模块组合,实现木工榫头模块化加工。 Introduces a modular woodworking tenon NC machining method based on processing characteristics.It realizes modularization and reusability of NC code,simplifies complex NC programming and improves the adaptive ability of process system.This processing method combines CAD/CAM feature technology to analyze the processing characteristics of woodworking tenon and encapsulate G code of processing function module.Through the combination of processing surface and processing module,the modular processing of woodworking tenon is realized.
