麻醉深度监测在腰椎手术中对七氟醚用量的影响

摘要 腰椎手术体位特殊、难度大、时间长,给麻醉管理带来一定难度。麻醉深度监测可以降低术中知晓的发生率,也可以指导麻醉药物的合理使用。七氟醚属于一种强效含卤素挥发性麻醉药物,具有无气道刺激,苏醒、诱导快及血气分配系数低等特点。本研究探讨腰椎手术过程中应用麻醉深度监测对七氟醚用量的影响,现报道如下。
