主题教育视域下高校立德树人工作路径研究——以沧州师范学院为例

Work Approach of Cultivating Morality and Talents in Universities from the Perspective of Thematic Education——Taking Cangzhou Normal University as An Example

高校为落实立德树人的根本任务,应在以党的建设为抓手,发挥党委的“龙头作用”;以学生成长为根本,贯彻“三全育人”理念;以思想引领为阵地,大力拓宽育人渠道等方面进行积极探索。沧州师范学院以“不忘初心、牢记使命”主题教育为契机,在以党建工作为统领,强化党的全面领导;以“三进”工作为抓手,构建“三全育人”生态圈;以“七色教育”为平台,创新校文化建设载体等方面为推进立德树人根本任务的落实进行了有效探索。

In order to carry out the fundamental task of cultivating morality and talents,universities should play a leading role in strengthening the work of Party building,implement the concept of“All-round Education”with the students at the center,strengthen the main position and actively explore ways to expand the channels of education.Taking thematic education as an opportunity,Cangzhou Normal University has made effective explorations in strengthening the leadership of the Party in an all-round way,constructing a new pattern of“All-round Education”,taking up ideological work to promote the implementation of the fundamental task of cultivating morality and talents.
