全面提高人才培养能力 服务沧州经济社会发展——关于沧州师范学院学科专业建设的调研报告

Comprehensively Improve Talent Training to Serve the Economic and Social Development of Cangzhou——A Research Report on the Discipline Construction of Cangzhou Normal University

沧州师范学院“不忘初心、牢记使命”主题教育第二调研组通过对各个二级学院和沧州市相关政府部门、产业园区以及企业进行走访调研,发现我校学科专业建设存在的主要问题是:学科专业结构与沧州市产业结构的契合度不高,服务地方发展的能力较弱;学科专业建设缺乏特色、质量不高,对专业的支撑较为薄弱;高层次人才严重缺乏;学校办学条件严重不足;课程建设比较薄弱,优质课程资源不足;教师教学改革动力不足,缺乏高水平教改项目和教学研究成果。为此,从明确学科专业建设思路、合理规划专业布局、加强重点学科建设和科研工作,加大高层次人才引进和培养力度、推进课程和教学改革、启动学校二期建设等方面提出了解决问题的思路和举措,以全面提高学校人才培养能力,服务沧州经济社会发展。

The second research group of the theme education of“Remain true to our original aspiration and keep our mission firmly in mind”in Cangzhou Normal University has conducted a survey through investigation and research on the secondary colleges,relevant government departments,industrial parks and enterprises in Cangzhou.The result showed that there are some major problems in discipline construction:its structure fails to match the industrial structure of Cangzhou and cannot better serve local development;it lacks characteristics and quality;there are short of high-level talents and poor conditions in universities;it is weak in curriculum construction;there are insufficient high-quality curriculum resources;insufficient motivation for teachers'teaching reform;high-level educational reform projects and teaching research results are under satisfaction.Therefore,problems can be addressed by clarifying the discipline construction,rationally planning the layout,strengthening the construction of key disciplines and scientific research,increasing the introduction and training of high-level talents,promoting curriculum and teaching reform,and starting the second phase of school construction,thus to comprehensively improve the talent training and better serve the economic and social development of Cangzhou.
