齐越教育思想对融媒背景下播音主持教育的启示

The Enlightenment of Qi-yue’s Educational Thought on Broadcasting and Hosting Education in The Age of Media Convergence

在传媒生态变革的大背景下,播音主持教育面临就业多元化与专业定位模糊、新兴话语样态丰富与有声语言规范性与审美性缺失的双重矛盾。通过研读齐越的著作及回顾他的生平事迹,梳理了齐越的教育思想,并进一步明确了播音主持专业的学科定位和育人目标:以培养“党的新闻工作者”为教育目标,以培养有声语言创作及表达能力为教学重点;培养有理想、有信念的时代青年,勇于实践与创新的实干青年,动真心、表真情的敬业青年。

Under the background of the media ecological transformation,broadcasting and hosting education is faced with the dual contradictions of employment diversification and unclear professional orientation,the richness of emerging discourse forms and the lack of normative and aesthetic features of verbal language.Through studying qi yue's works and reviewing his life story,this paper combs out qi yue's educational thought,and further clarifies the discipline orientation and educational goal of broadcasting and hosting major:to train“party journalists”as the educational goal,and to cultivate the ability of verbal language creation and expression as the teaching focus;To train young people who have ideals and beliefs,the spirit of practice and innovation as well as true feelings and dedication.
