前列地尔联合阿托伐他汀对不稳定型心绞痛心电图T波和ST段影响

Effects of alprostadil combined with atorvastatin on T wave and ST segment of electrocardiogram in patients with unstable angina pectoris

目的研究前列地尔联合阿托伐他汀对不稳定型心绞痛心电图T波和ST段影响。方法选取2017年10月至2018年12月收治的不稳定型心绞痛患者92例,采用随机数法分为对照组和观察组,每组46例。对照组患者采用常规治疗联合静脉滴注前列地尔治疗,观察组在对照组基础上口服阿托伐他汀治疗。比较2组患者的治疗总有效率和心电图改善率,同时比较治疗前后的凝血功能和血脂指标水平。结果观察组治疗总有效率为93.48%明显高于对照组的73.91%(χ2=6.45,P=0.01),观察组心电图改善率为91.30%明显高于对照组的71.74%(χ2=5.84,P=0.01);观察组的血浆纤维蛋白原(Fb)明显低于对照组(P<0.01),凝血酶原时间(PT)、凝血活酶时间(APTT)及凝血酶时间(TT)均明显高于对照组(P<0.01),三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)及低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)均明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论前列地尔联合阿托伐他汀治疗不稳定型心绞痛疗效显著,能明显减少心绞痛发作频率,促进心电图T波、ST段恢复,改善心脏功能,并能改善凝血功能和血脂代谢,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the effects of alprostadil combined with atorvastatin on T wave and ST segment of electrocardiogram in patients with unstable angina pectoris.Methods A total of 92 patients with unstable angina pectoris who were admitted and treated in our hospital from October 2017 to December 2018 were enrolled in the study,who were divided into control group(n=46)and observation group(n=46)by random number method.The patients in control group were treated by conventional therapy combined with intravenous drip of alprostadil,however,the patients in observation group,on the basis of control group,were treated by atorvastatin oral administration.The total effective rate and ECG improvement rate were observed and compared between the two groups,and the coagulation function and the levels of blood lipid indexes before and after treatment were also observed and compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(93.48%vs 73.91%,χ2=6.45,P<0.05).The improvement rate of ECG in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(91.30%vs 71.74%,χ2=5.84,P<0.05).After treatment,Fb in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.01),moreover,PT,APTT and TT in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.01),however TG,TC and LDL C in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Alprostadil combined with atorvastatin is effective in treating unstable angina pectoris,which can significantly reduce the frequency of angina attack,promote the recovery of T wave and ST segment,improve the function of heart,improve the function of blood coagulation and blood lipid metabolism,therefor,it is worthy of popularization in clinical practice.
