中国当代艺术展览的“表演性”研究

A Study on the "Performism" of Chinese Contemporary Art Exhibition

伴随新媒体艺术、装置影像艺术等艺术类型的出现,当代艺术的表达方式、呈现方式以及与观众之间的关系都发生了变化,并引起了学术界广泛的讨论,美国学者丹托提出了“艺术的终结”,法国学者汉斯·贝尔廷提出了“艺术史的终结”,他们纷纷以此来阐释当代艺术在叙事方式与艺术史书写方式中的转变。同样,这样的转变也影响到了当代艺术展览的方式与意义,与传统展览的陈列展示不同,当代艺术展览已呈现出“剧场化”与“展演化”的倾向。因此,本文试图探索后现代语境下中国当代艺术展览的“表演性”,具体表现为两个方面,其一是动态化与实验性的艺术呈现方式与被强化的观众参与感;其二是剧场化营造方式与沉浸式观展倾向;其三是过程性的现场感与作为事件性的展览效应。

With the emergence of new art types such as new media art,installation and video art,the expressions,presentation methods and relationships with the viewer have all been changed,which have been widely discussed in the academic circles.The American scholar Arthur Coleman Danto proclaimed"the end of art"and the French scholar Hans Bertin proclaimed"the end of art history",both aiming to explain the transformation of contemporary art in the way of narrative and art history;Similarly,this transformation also affects the presentation methods and meanings of contemporary art exhibitions.Different from the traditional exhibition displays,the current exhibition of contemporary art presents the tendency of"theatricalization"and"displaying-performing".Therefore,this article attempts to explore the"performativity"of Chinese contemporary art exhibitions in a post-modern context,in the following perspectives:Dynamic and experimental artistic presentation and enhanced audience participation;Theatricalized methods and immersive ways of viewing;The sense of presence of a process and the exhibition effects as an event.
