地方行业特色型高校是我国高等教育体系中的特殊群体,他们以行业为依托,有着鲜明的办学特色,在“双一流”建设中面临新的发展机遇,同时也面临行业特色弱化、学科布局不合理、人才培养特色不明显等困境。因此在“双一流”建设中,地方行业特色型高校必须形成并发挥自身的独特优势,在学科建设、人才培养、师资发展、社会服务等方面分类施策,立足于学校声誉的建立、行业引领力的树立、多元资源渠道的形成等方面,真正实现学校的内涵式发展、可持续发展。

The universities with local industry characteristics act as special groups in China's higher education system.Relying on the industry,they have their own distinct characteristics in running schools and are faced with new development opportunities in the"Double First-Class"university project.Meanwhile,they also face some difficulties,such as the weakening of industry characteristics,the unreasonable distribution of disciplines and the inconspicuous characteristics of talent cultivation.Therefore,in the"Double First-Class"university project,universities with local characteristics must form and give full play to their unique advantages.They should make an effort and implement classified polices on the discipline construction,personnel training,teacher development,social services and other aspects.Based on the establishment of the reputation of the school,the forging of the leading force of the industry,and the formation of multi-resource channels and other aspects,these universities can truly realize the their connotative and sustainable development.
