两种他汀类药物治疗心血管病风险患者对血小板体积的影响

Effects of Two Statins for Patients at Risk of Cardiovascular Diseases on Platelet Volume

目的以完全人工合成化合物阿托伐他汀(AVS)和天然化合物辛伐他汀(SVS)为例,探讨不同他汀类药物治疗心血病风险患者后,对患者常见血脂指标和外周血血小板参数的影响。方法拟接受他汀类药物治疗来控制或预防心血管疾病的214例心脏科门诊患者被纳入本研究。用AVS或SVS他汀类药物前后,测定患者基线和治疗4周后血脂及血液参数水平同时记录心血管相关危险因素。结果两种他汀类药物都致平均血小板体积(MPV)显著下降(SVS:t=8.893,P<0.001;AVS:t=7.671,P<0.001),且其下降的程度相一致(t=1.132,P=0.259)。Pearson相关分析显示,患者MPV和血脂水平之间不存在相关性(P>0.05);线性回归分析显示用两种他汀类药物治疗1月治疗前后△MPV与△总胆固醇(P>0.05)、△HDL-胆固醇(P>0.05)、△低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(P>0.05)和△甘油三酯(P>0.05)间无统计学相关性(P>0.05)。结论他汀类药物可显著降低患者MPV水平,完全人工合成化合物阿托伐他汀和天然化合物辛伐他汀对降低MPV的作用效果一致。

Objective To investigate the effects of different statins on regular serum lipids and peripheral blood platelet parameters in patients at risk of cardiovascular diseases based on the examples of atorvastatin(AVS),a completely synthetic compound,and simvastatin(SVS),a natural compound.Methods 214 outpatients form the cardiology department,who were scheduled to receive statins to control or prevent cardiovascular diseases were included in this study.Baseline and posttreatment blood lipids and blood parameters were measured before and after the 4-week treatment with AVS or SVS statins bassline and after4-week.Meanwhile,the cardiovascular risk factors were recorded.Results Both of the statins resulted in significant(SVS:t=8.893,P<0.001;AVS:t=7.671,P<0.001) and consistent(t=1.132,P=0.259) decreases in mean platelet volume(MPV).Pearson correlation analysis showed that no significant correlations were observed between MPV and blood lipid levels(all P>0.05).Linear regression analysis showed that,after the one-month treatment with AVS or SVS,no significant correlations between △MPV and △total cholesterol,and AHDL-cholesterol,and ALDL cholesterol,and Atriglycerides were observed either(P>0.05).Conclusion Statins can reduce patients’ MPV levels significantly,and the completely synthetic compounded AVS and the natural compound SVS showed the same effects on MPV reduction.
