摘要
以酸性氯化铜蚀刻废液、氢氧化钠为主要原料,在适宜的助剂存在下,采用一步沉淀法制备氢氧化铜。主要研究了pH对Cu2+回收率和产品纯度的影响,以及沉淀剂配比对产品纯度和洗水用量的影响,重点研究不同助剂对产品洗水用量的影响,确定了最佳工艺条件。XRD、TG及SEM等分析结果表明:实验所得产品成分单一,分散性较好,纤维堆积的微团形貌、粒径在4~11μm之间。化学分析结果表明:铜的回收率≥99.9%,所得Cu(OH)2纯度≥97.0%,符合工业用氢氧化铜的要求。
The copper hydroxide was prepared by using one-step precipitation method with acidic copper chloride etching waste liquid and sodium hydroxide as the main raw materials by adding suitable accessory ingredient.The effect of pH on Cu2+recovery and purity of the product,and the ratio of precipitators on purity of the product and washing consumption were studied.The effects of different accessory ingredient on product dosage of washing water were emphatically studied,and the optimal process conditions were determined.The results of XRD,TG and SEM analysis showed that the product synthesized has single composition,good dispersibility,microcluster morphology of fiber accumulation and particle size between 4~11μm.The results of chemical analysis showed that the recovery of Cu2+was≥99.9%,the purity of Cu(OH)2 synthesized was≥97.0%,which meets the requirements of industrial copper hydroxide.
