一种环境友好型橡胶电缆护套料的研制

摘要 在CPE橡胶电缆护套料中,降低补强剂炭黑用量并用与CPE橡胶相容的包装物,再配合其他浅色补强剂共同作为补强填充体系,炭黑连同包装袋一起投料,可明显减少炭黑飞扬对环境的污染。对炭黑品种、浅色补强剂的种类进行选择,并研究了炭黑与浅色补强剂的配比对成品线缆护套进行性能的影响。 In CPE rubber cable sheath,reduce the amount of carbon black and use with CPE rubber compatible plastic bags packaging,and then with other light-colored reinforcement supted as a complement filling system,refining glue according to a certain order of addition,carbon black using together with the packaging bag feeding method,significantly reducing the carbon black flying environmental pollution.Focus on the selection of carbon black varieties,light-colored reinforcement agents,and study the ratio of carbon black and light-colored reinforcement,the finished cable sheath performance test,the results show good performance.
