焦化苯回收单元环保综合治理技术升级改造

摘要 为了降低洗苯塔后煤气苯含量,提高粗苯收率,有效治理VOCs,更好地满足甲醇生产对煤气质量的要求,改善现场人员操作环境,对现有苯回收单元进行技术升级改造,即洗苯区域原设计预留位置增加一台洗苯塔和两台半富油泵,并对苯回收单元流程做部分修改,由常压洗苯改为半负压洗苯生产方式,两台苯塔可以串联使用,也可以互为备用,保证了苯回收单元的安全、稳定、长周期、满负荷、优质运行,不受单塔运行停车检修的限制,实现经济效益、环境效益双赢。 In order to reduce the benzene content in the gas after Benzol Scrubber,improve the yield of crude benzene,effectively control VOCs,better meet the requirements of methanol production on gas quality,improve the operation environment of field personnel,upgrade the existing benzene recovery unit,that is,add one Benzol Scrubber and two half rich oil pumps in the original design reserved positions in the Benzol Scrubber area,and partially modify the flow of benzene recovery unit The two benzene towers can be used in series or standby for each other,ensuring the safety,stability,long cycle,full load and high-quality operation of the benzene recovery unit,not limited by the single tower operation and shutdown maintenance,and realizing the win-win economic and environmental benefits.
