我国硅藻土资源勘查开发现状分析及对策建议

Thoughts and Suggestions on the Exploration and Development of Diatomite Resources in China

硅藻土是一种重要的非金属矿产,开发利用和应用前景十分广阔。通过分析前人研究以及实际调研资料,概述了硅藻土资源情况,分析了我国硅藻土资源勘查和开发利用的基本情况,梳理了当前硅藻土的应用领域和主要产品。针对目前硅藻土资源勘查和开发利用存在的主要问题,提出了如下四方面建议:一是制定科学勘查开发规划,保障资源的可持续供给和综合开发利用;二是加强资源勘查开发管控,促进产业发展与资源环境保护的和谐统一;三是产品生产求新求变,多措并举促进产业结构不断转型升级;四是提高核心竞争能力,打造完整并富有活力的产业发展新模式。

Diatomite is an important nonmetallic mineral as a functional mineral material in the emerging industry in recent years,its development and utilization value and prospect are very broad.By analyzing previous studies and actual survey data,this paper summarizes the characteristics of diatomite resources,the development process and current situation of diatomite industry,systematically sorts out the current application fields and main products of diatomite.Based on the main problems existing in industrial development,the following four suggestions are put forward:first,to formulate scientific exploration and development plan,ensure the sustainable supply of resources and comprehensive development and utilization;Second,optimize the layout of resource exploitation,promote the harmony and unity of industrial development and resource and environmental protection;Third,to promote the continuous transformation and upgrading of the industrial structure by adopting multiple measures and seeking innovation and change in product production;Fourth,we need to improve our core competitiveness and create a complete and dynamic new model for industrial development.
