津浦铁路债务问题研究(1908—1937)

A Study on the Debt of Jinpu Railway (1908-1937)

津浦铁路是清末筹借外债修筑的一条重要铁路。1912年津浦铁路建成通车后,又因经营问题筹借大量料债和内债。南京国民政府时期,为恢复债信,着手整理、偿还津浦铁路所积攒的巨额债务。津浦铁路债务是列强剥削近代中国的一项恶债,但巨额债务并非影响铁路运营的主要原因,长期军阀割据与频繁战争对津浦铁路的发展和经营造成了毁灭性打击。

Jinpu railway is an important railway built in late Qing Dynasty.After the completion and opening of Jinpu railway in 1912,a large number of material and domestic debts were raised due to business problems.During the period of Nanjing National Government,in order to restore the credit,it began to sort out and repay the huge debts accumulated by Jinpu railway.The debt of Jinpu railway is a bad debt for the great powers to exploit modern China,but the huge debt is not the main reason to affect the railway operation.The long-term warlord separatism and frequent wars have caused a devastating blow to the development and operation of Jinpu railway.
