摘要
以航天用保险阀的试验过程全自动化实现为目的,开展了试验系统搭建分析,基于PLC理论和Labview平台,设计了符合自动供气和控气要求的配气系统、控制系统和工控机,促进了航天阀门产品生产过程智能化的发展。
The purpose of this paper is to realize the full automation of the test process of the safety valve for aerospace.A new test system is constructed based on automation theory,then a gas-distribution system,a control system and an industrial computer are designed to meet the requirements of automatic gas supply and control.This research promotes the development of intelligence in the testing process of aerospace valve products.
