工业CT在喷管扩散段绝热层无损检测中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 针对火箭发动机喷管扩散段绝热层的常见缺陷和工业CT技术特点,采用工业CT技术对其质量进行了检测分析,结果表明:工业CT技术对提高制品质量和改进制品工艺有指导性的意义,在三维重建后更高层面上保证了产品质量,为火箭发动机正常工作提供了强有力的保障手段。 Based on technical properties of industrial CT technology and the common defects of nozzle divergence cone insulation for the rocket motor,the quality of nozzle divergence cone insulation was investigated in this paper.The results showed that industrial CT had instructive significance in improving the quality of the nozzle divergence cone insulation and optimizing the corresponding preparation technology.Especially,the technology of 3-D reconstruction,which provides powerful support for the normal operation of the rocket motor,has better effect in product quality guarantee.
