放疗专业住院医师规范化培训考评体系的构建

Establishment of the Standardized Training Mode for Resident Physicians of Tumor Radiotherapy Specialty

目的探讨肿瘤放射治疗专业住院医师规范化培训考评体系的构建。方法采用文献研究法、专家访谈法、德尔菲法,初步建立肿瘤放射治疗专业住院医师的改良培训模式,运用双向选择法及问卷调查法进行评价。采用SPSS 16.0版统计软件对本基地学员与其他基地学员规范化考试成绩行t检验。结果两组学员、临床教员对基地教评体系评价调查问卷,试验组学员满意度为80.77%(21/26)、教员满意度为66.67%(14/21);对照组学员满意度为54.55%(12/22)、教员满意度为52.94%(9/17)。本基地学员的规范化考试成绩(77.89±14.83 vs.72.45±18.78,P<0.05)、临床技能操作水平得分(83.01±12.67 vs.77.34±15.11,P<0.05)及沟通能力得分(85.94±9.33 vs.81.76±11.19,P<0.05)均优于其他基地学员。结论肿瘤放射治疗专业住院医师规范化培训考评体系与传统模式相比,培训效果有较明显的提升,但仍需在实践应用中持续改进。

Objective:To explore the establishment of standardized training and evaluation system for resident physicians in oncology radiotherapy specialty.Method:Literature research,expert interview and Delphi method were used to preliminarily establish the improved training mode for resident physicians of tumor radiotherapy,and the evaluation was conducted by two-way selection and questionnaire survey.SPSS 16.0 statistical software was used to conduct t test on the standardized test results of this base students and other base students.Result:The two groups of students and clinical teachers conducted questionnaires on the evaluation of the teaching evaluation system of the base.The students′satisfaction in the test group was 80.77%(21/26)and the teachers′satisfaction was 66.67%(14/21).The students′satisfaction in the control group was 54.55%(12/22)and the teachers′satisfaction was 52.94%(9/17).The standardized test scores(86.77±4.37 vs 72.40±3.67,P<0.05),the scores of clinical skills and operation(87.01±2.67 vs 74.34±2.16,P<0.05)and the scores of communication skills(86.94±2.33 vs 73.76±2.19,P<0.05)were all better than those of other students.Conclusion:Compared with the traditional model,the standardized training and evaluation system of resident physicians in tumor radiotherapy specialty have been improved obviously,but they still need to be improved continuously in practice.
