健康中国背景下医务社会工作“三全”服务模式探讨

Discussion on the “Three Complete” Service of Medical Social Work under the Background of Healthy China

本文结合健康中国的背景论述医务社工的角色,归纳医务社工是健康理念的倡导者、人文关怀的践行者、社会公平的推动者,并在此基础上总结出医务社会工作“全生命周期、全方位服务、全社会参与”的“三全”服务模式。探讨医务社会工作在健康中国战略中的重要作用,即有利于提高人民健康水平、有利于构建整合型医疗卫生服务体系、有利于完善促进健康的制度体系。

Based on the background of healthy China,this paper discusses the role of medical social workers,concludes that medical social workers are advocates of health concept,practitioners of humanistic care,and promoters of social equity.On this basis,it summarizes the“three-complete”service mode of medical social work,including“full life cycle,all-round service and full social participation”.Finally,the important role of medical social work in healthy China strategy is discussed,which is conducive to improving people′s health,constructing integrated medical and health service system,and improving the system of promoting health.
