摘要 党的十九大报告明确指出,就业事关国计民生。高校大学生就业指导工作要顺应时代发展和社会需求,多角度、多维度思考,创新高校就业工作理念和方法,因人而异、因材施教,全方位提供就业服务。大学生就业指导工作本质上是对学生思想和行为的教育、引导和管理。就业指导工作应注重从教育心理学角度出发,以行为动力理论为基础,并结合其需要、动机、情绪等因素特性,着重分析大学生就业需要、就业动机、就业情绪等方面问题,提升学生就业内驱力,切实提高工作的实践成效。 The report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly points out that employment concerns the national economy and people's livelihood.The employment guidance work of college students should conform to the development of the times and social needs,thinking from multiple perspectives and dimensions.We also should innovate the concept and methods of employment work in Colleges,teaching in accordance with their aptitude and providing employment services in an all-round way.The employment guidance of college student is essentially the guidance and management of students'thoughts and behaviors.Employment guidance should be based on behavioral motivation theory and from the perspective of educational psychology.Combining with the characteristics of needs,motivations and emotions,we should focus on the analysis of the employment needs,motivations and emotions of college students,so as to enhance the internal motivation of students’employment and effectively improve the practical results of their work.
