智慧化工园区安全信息化标准体系设计研究

Research and Design of the Safety-Information Standards System in Smart Chemical Industry Park

信息化智慧化可以辅助化工园区的安全管理,提高化工园区的风险防患意识,从而保障化工园区的安全。本文在分析当前智慧化工园区安全领域标准化建设现状及其发展趋势的基础上,从与智慧化工园区安全相关的业务应用、基础设施、支撑平台、数据安全和保障措施等方面,对智慧化工园区安全信息化标准体系进行设计并得出研究结论。本次体系设计研究对探索构建智慧化工园区安全标准体系,具有实践参考价值及意义。

Information and intelligent technology is used in chemical industrial park to assist safety management,risk prevention and assure safety.In this paper,the safety information standards system is designed for smart chemical industry park,by analyzing the current situation and development trend of safety information standards in chemical industrial park.Based on the characteristics and background of smart chemical industry park,the system is designed by considering smart security applications and their associated factors such as data security,safeguard measures,etc.The system is applied in a chemical industrial park in Zhejiang province,China.Thus,the system design is of great significance in practical reference and value meaning for exploring and constructing safety production standards in intelligent chemical industry park.
