摘要
本文以进口原油质量为前提,研究进口原油来源国政治、经济风险与中国检验风险等对原油质量风险的影响,考虑中国原油四大来源国俄罗斯联邦、沙特阿拉伯、安哥拉、伊拉克,并通过风险等级评定得出俄罗斯原油质量风险最低,安哥拉原油质量风险最高,建议政府和企业参考本文并创建预警体制,实现进口原油的质量风险预警。
Based on the quality of imported crude oil,this paper studies the impact of political and economic risks of imported crude oil source countries and China’s inspection risks on crude oil quality risks,considers the four major source countries of China’s imported crude oil including Russia,Saudi Arabia,Angola and Iraq,and shows that Russia’s crude oil quality risk is the lowest and Angola’s crude oil quality risk is the highest through risk rating.It is expected to provide a reference for the government and enterprises to create an early warning system to realize the quality risk warning of imported crude oil.
