摘要
通过网络建模方法,对《中国劳动统计年鉴》2003-2017年的数据进行分析,筛选出与合作型劳动关系相关联的影响因素,构建以复杂网络理论为基础的相关性网络模型和中心性关联网络模型。研究发现,建立合作型劳动关系中最重要因素包括提出合理化建议、基层工会组织数、仲裁调解、职工基本医疗保险、单位实行厂务公开、建立职工代表大会、社会保险、工伤保险、生育保险、已实施合理化建议等。对6个典型影响因素的动态分析发现,除工会开办的职业培训机构数有较大波动外,其余影响因素均呈逐步增长态势。这些研究结论能为构建和谐劳动关系提供参考。
Through the network modeling method,this paper selects the factors related to cooperative labor relations and constructs the correlation network model and the centrality relational network model based on the complex network theory by analyzing the data of China labor statistics yearbook from 2003 to 2017. The study discovers that some factors are very important for establishing cooperative labor relationship,especially in such areas as the proposal for rationalization,the number of grass-roots trade union organizations,arbitration and mediation,basic medical insurance for employees,the implementation of open factory affairs,the establishment of employee congresses,social insurance,work injury insurance,maternity insurance and rationalization recommendations that have been implemented. This paper makes a dynamic analysis of six typical factors and finds that only the number of vocational training institutions run by trade unions fluctuates greatly. Other factors that affect the cooperative labor relations are growing gradually. These conclusions have practical significance in constructing harmonious labor relations.
