口腔卫生护理干预对上颌前牙即刻种植术后疗效的影响 被引量:7

Application and influence analysis of oral nursing intervention in immediate implantation of the maxillary anterior region

摘要 目的:探讨口腔卫生护理干预措施在上颌前牙即刻种植治疗中的临床增益效果。方法:选取2016年7月至2018年7月拟于上颌单颗牙位行即刻种植修复的患者108例,随机分为对照组与干预组,每组54例。对照组给予常规护理,干预组予以全面的口腔卫生护理干预。随访期间根据两组牙科植入物临床指标的差异,分析口腔健康护理行为对于上颌前牙即刻植入疗效的影响。结果:在3、6和12个月的测量中,干预组种植体周健康参数菌斑指数(m PLI)、龈沟出血指数(m SBI)和探诊深度(PD)优于对照组。同时干预组的边缘骨吸收与红色美学指数(PES)优于对照组。结论:上颌前牙的即刻种植术后口腔保健干预可有效地提高植体周围组织的健康并提高种植的疗效。 Objective:To investigate the clinical benefit of oral health care interventions in the immediate treatment of maxillary anterior teeth.Methods:A total of 108 patients who underwent immediate implant restoration in the maxillary single tooth position from July 2016 to July 2018 were enrolled.All participants were randomized into control group and intervention group,each containing 54 participants.The control group received routine care and the intervention group received comprehensive oral health care intervention.During the follow-up period,based on the differences in clinical indicators between the two groups of dental implants,the clinical efficacy of oral health care behavior for immediate implantation of the maxillary anterior teeth was analyzed.Results:For implant health parameters,the plaque index(m PLI),the modified gingival bleeding index(m SBI),and the depth of periodontal probing(PD)in the intervention group were better than those in the control group in3,6 and 12 months.At the same time,the marginal bone resorption and pink esthetic score(PES)of the intervention group were better than those of the control group.Conclusion:In the immediate implantation of the maxillary anterior teeth,oral health intervention can effectively improve the health of the tissue surrounding the implant and improve the efficacy of the implant.
