摘要
减重以及探索新型结构,是家具结构设计中的重要问题,也是将增材制造应用于家具生产制造中的前提。在一定的外载荷和合理的约束下,减少家具的重量以及获得最优的材料分布,最广泛使用的方法就是拓扑优化设计方法。本文利用Solid Thinking inspire拓扑优化软件,对靠背椅三维模型施加有效的载荷和合理的约束,得到6种不同的靠背椅概念结构雏形,用于后期产品方案的深化以及对接增材制造。研究表明,拓扑优化是创新家具结构和家具设计方法的有效途径,可以为家具生产厂家开发新产品提供思路。另外,对家具产品三维模型外载荷和约束的正确施加,是得到最优拓扑设计的关键,也是研究的难点之一。
The reduction of weight and exploration of new structures are important issues in furniture structural design,and also the premise of applying additional material manufacturing to furniture manufacturing.Under certain external loads and reasonable constraints,to reduce the weight of furniture and obtain the optimal material distribution,the most widely used method is topological optimization design.In this paper,by using Solid Thinking Inspire topology optimization software,effective loads and reasonable constraints are imposed on the threedimensional model of the backrest chair.Six different conceptual structure prototypes of the backrest chair are obtained,which can be used for the deepening of later product schemes and the manufacturing of docking materials.Research shows that topology optimization is an effective way to innovate furniture structure and design method,and it can provide ideas for furniture manufacturers to develop new products.In addition,the correct imposition of external loads and constraints on the three-dimensional model of furniture products is the key to get the optimal topology design,and also one of the difficulties of research.
