枣仁安神胶囊对慢性精神分裂症患者康复疗效的影响

Effect of Zaoren Anshen capsules on the outcome of rehabilitation in patients with chronic schizophrenia

目的:探讨枣仁安神胶囊对慢性精神分裂症患者康复疗效的影响。方法:将100例慢性精神分裂症患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组各50例。治疗组接受非典型抗精神病药物联合枣仁安神胶囊治疗,对照组仅予非典型抗精神病药物治疗。2组均于治疗前后采用阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)、住院精神患者社会功能评定量表(SSPI)及住院精神患者康复疗效评定量表(IPROS)评定精神症状、社会功能及康复疗效。结果:2组PANSS总分及各因子评分治疗前后组内比较及治疗后组间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组SSPI总分及各因子评分与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组动性和交往情况因子评分、总分治疗前后比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组的IPROS总分及各因子评分治疗前后组内比较及治疗后与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:枣仁安神胶囊有助于改善慢性精神分裂症患者的康复疗效。

Objective:To investigate the effect of Zaoren Anshen capsules on the outcome of rehabilitation in patients with chronic schizophrenia.Methods:A total of 100 patients with chronic schizophrenia were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 50 patients in each group.The patients in the treatment group were given atypical antipsychotics combined with Zaoren Anshen capsules,and those in the control group were given atypical antipsychotics alone.Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale(PANSS),Scale of Social-skills for Psychiatric Inpatients(SSPI),and Inpatient Psychiatric Rehabilitation Outcome Scale(IPROS)were used to evaluate mental symptom,social function,and outcome of rehabilitation before and after treatment.Results:Both groups had significant changes in the total score and the scores of each dimension of PANSS after treatment,and there were significant differences in these scores between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).There were significant differences in the total score and the scores of each dimension of SSPI between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05),and the treatment group had significant changes in the total score and the scores of mobility and interaction of SSPI after treatment(P<0.05).Both groups had significant changes in the total score and the scores of each dimension of IPROS after treatment,and there were significant differences in these scores between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Zaoren Anshen capsules can promote the outcome of rehabilitation in patients with chronic schizophrenia.
