旧盾构机维修改造验收管理探析

随着我国城市化建设进程的逐渐加快,盾构机作为一种地下城市设施施工的重要设备应用非常广泛。但是,从目前我国盾构机的研究力度来看,由于技术能力以及科研力度不足,大部分建筑工程所需的盾构机均仍由国外进口,而盾构机价格昂贵,保养困难等始终都是国内盾构机技术应用的难题。因此,针对旧盾构机进行维修改造验收,符合国内盾构机技术发展应用需求,值得深入探讨。论文介绍了盾构机的维修管理流程和要点,并提出了加强盾构机维修管理的对策。

With the acceleration of urbanization in China, shield tunneling machine is widely used as an important equipment for underground city construction. However, from the perspective of the current research efforts on shield tunneling machines in China, most of the shield tunneling machines for construction projects are still imported from abroad due to the lack of technical capability and scientific research.But, the shield machine is expensive and difficult to maintain is always the problem of shield machine technology application in China.Therefore, the acceptance of maintenance and transformation of the old shield machine meet the needs of the development and application of shield machine technology in China, which is worth in-depth discussion. This paper introduces the maintenance management process and key points of shield machine, and puts forward the countermeasures to strengthen the maintenance management of shield machine.
