摘要
工程项目的造价管理对减少施工成本,促进施工企业的长久发展等方面有至关重要的现实意义。因此,近几年来,我国施工企业逐渐开始重视工程施工全过程的造价管理工作,在很大程度上提高了施工企业的管理水平。基于此,论文对加强施工企业工程造价管理的作用、存在的问题和解决措施进行了简要阐述。
The cost management of engineering project is of vital practical significance to reduce construction cost and promote the long-term development of construction enterprises. Therefore, in recent years, China’s construction enterprises gradually began to pay attention to the whole process of engineering construction cost management, to a great extent to improve the management level of construction enterprises.Based on this, the paper briefly expounds the function, existing problems and solving measures of strengthening the project cost management of construction enterprise.
