响应面优化超临界萃取红松松针挥发油的工艺 被引量:3

Supercritical Extraction of Volatile Oil from Pinus koraiensis Needles by Response Surface Methodology

摘要 通过单因素试验和响应面设计优化超临界萃取红松松针挥发油工艺,讨论萃取温度、萃取压力、萃取时间、CO2流量对松针挥发油萃取率的影响。结果表明,超临界萃取红松松针挥发油的最佳工艺为:萃取温度59℃、萃取时间2 h、萃取压力30 MPa。在此条件下萃取率模型的预测值为0.94%,实际得到的萃取率值为0.92%,预测值与实际值拟合良好。通过气质联用分析挥发油成分主要为莰烯、α-蒎烯、γ-杜松烯、β-石竹烯等萜烯类化合物。 The process of supercritical extraction of volatile oil from Pinus koraiensis needle was optimized by single factor test and response surface design. The effects of extraction temperature, pressure, time and CO2 flow on the extraction rate of volatile oil from Pinus koraiensis needle were discussed. The results showed that the optimum supercritical extraction technology of volatile oil from Pinus koraiensis needle was as follows: extraction temperature 59 ℃, extraction time 2 h, and extraction pressure 30 MPa. Under this condition, the predicted value of the extraction rate model was 0.94%, and the actual extraction rate was 0.92%. The predicted value fits well with the actual value. The main components of volatile oil were camphene, α-pinene, γ-junipene and β-caryophyllene etc. by GC-MS.
