摘要
目的 查明一起食源性疾病事件的发生原因,同时对致病菌药物敏感性和同源性进行分析。方法 对此次事件的7株分离株进行血清学分离鉴定、抗生素敏感性实验和脉冲场凝胶电泳(PFGE)同源性分析研究。结果 此次事件的患者样本和剩余食品共检出7株肠炎沙门菌,并具有同源性,条带图谱相似度为100%。7株肠炎沙门菌抗生素敏感结果完全一致,对萘啶酸为100%耐药,对环丙沙星为100%中介,其他药物为100%敏感。结论 分离到的肠炎沙门菌进行PFGE分型结果一致,提示来自同一克隆群,均为萘啶酸耐药株,本次事件确认是由肠炎沙门菌引起的食源性疾病事件,为食源性疾病的溯源和药物敏感性提供了可靠的依据。
Objective To master the causes of a foodborne disease and analyze the dmg sensitivity of the pathogen.Methods The seven isolates of this incident were identified and analyzed by serotyping,antibiotic susceptibility test and the pulsed-field gel electrophoresis(PFGE).Results Salmonella enteritidis were detected in both the patient samples and the remaining food of the incident,and all the strains were homologous,with a similar scale of 1(X)%.The drug sensitivity results of 7 strains of Salmonella enteritidis were completely consistent,100%resistant to nalidixic acid,100%intermediate to ciprofloxacin,and 100%sensitive to other drugs.Conclusion Phe isolated Salnwnella enteritidis were conducted for PFGE typing,and the results are consistent,suggesting that the strains belong to a Salmonella enteritidis clone,which are resistant to nalidixic acid.It is confirmed that this foodborne disease is caused by Salmonella erUeritidis y providing a reliable basis for the traceability of food-borne diseases.
