不同真空采血管对神经元特异性烯醇化酶检测的影响分析

Effects and analysis of different kinds of vacuum blood collection tube on the detection of neuron-specific enolase

摘要 目的分析惰性分离胶采血管和普通红帽采血管对神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)检测结果的影响。方法收集来自本科室正常体检职工的30例静脉血标本,分别用分离胶管和普通红帽管各采集3 ml。用电化学发光法分别在采血后0 h、6 h、24 h、48 h、72 h同时检测两管血清中NSE的浓度,分析两管血清中NSE浓度的差别。结果 NSE测定结果随着样本保存时间的延长,普通红帽血清管的NSE逐渐升高,而惰性分离胶管NSE基本不变。除0 h外,其他4个时间点(6 h、24 h、48 h、72 h)普通红帽血清管NSE检测值远远大于惰性分离胶管的检测值(t值分别为14. 18、31. 18、51. 00、77. 80,P <0. 05)。结论 NSE的检测应采用惰性分离胶采血管,若用普通红帽血清管应及时送检以保证检测结果的准确性。 Objective To analyze the effects of the inert separation gel blood collection tube and ordinary red cap serum tube on neuron-specific enolase( NSE) in serum. Methods Thirty venous blood samples were collected from our faculty in physical examination. Venous blood( 3 ml) was respectively taken in inert separation gel blood collection tube and ordinary red cap serum tube. The NSE concentration( ■ ± s) ng/ml in the serum of two tubes was detected by electrochemiluminescence at 0 h,6 h,24 h,48 h,and 72 h after blood collection,and the difference in NSE concentration in the two tubes was analyzed.Results As the sample storage time prolonged,the NSE concentration of the common red cap serum tube gradually increased,while the NSE concentration of the inert separation gel blood collection tube remained substantially unchanged. Except for 0 h,the detection value of NSE in the ordinary red cap serum tube at the other four time points( 6 h,24 h,48 h,72 h) is much larger than that of the inert separation gel blood collection tube( t = 14. 18,t = 31. 18,t = 51. 00,t = 77. 80,P < 0. 05).Conclusion The detection of NSE should be performed by using the inert separation gel blood collection tube to collect blood.If the test is done with the ordinary red cap serum tube,NSE should be detected immediately to ensure the accuracy of the test results.
