Brief Introduction on Cultural Philosophy of Traditional Chinese Medicine

中医药文化哲学孕育于中医药文化学、中医药哲学、文化哲学三门学科的交汇区。中医药文化哲学既是文化哲学视野中的中医药文化研究,又是文化视野中的中医药哲学研究,其使命是对中医药文化进行哲学解读。基于文化与科学、艺术、技术、工程概念的包容关系,中医药文化哲学与萌生中的中医药科学哲学、中医药艺术哲学、中医药技术哲学、中医药工程哲学等亲缘学科,在创生发展的道路上应该相互扶持、协同共进。

Cultural philosophy of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) refers to the interdiscipline of TCM culturology, TCM philosophy and cultural philosophy. Cultural philosophy of TCM is not only the study of TCM culture from the perspective of cultural philosophy, but also the study of TCM philosophy from the perspective of culture, with the mission to interpret TCM culture from the view of philosophy. Based on the inclusive relationship among the concepts of culture, science, art, technology and engineering, cultural philosophy of TCM should be supported and coordinated with other related disciplines such as the emerging philosophy of TCM science, philosophy of TCM art, philosophy of TCM technology and engineering philosophy of TCM on the way to creative development.
