摘要
文章梳理了《中华人民共和国著作权法》和《信息网络传播权保护条例》关于有声读物著作权的条款,阐述了制作和传播有声读物过程中发生的侵权类型,探讨了著作权视角下的图书馆有声阅读推广策略,包括依法制作PGC有声阅读推广品牌活动、促进合法的UGC有声读物生成、搭建合法的有声读物传播平台和鼓励线下的有声阅读推广。
This paper analyzes the clauses related to audio books in "the Copyright Law of the People’s Republic of China" and "Regulations on Protection of the Right of Communication Through Information Network",and discusses the types of infringement in the production and dissemination of audio books.Finally,four strategies of library audio reading promotion from the perspective of copyright are suggested,including making legal PGC audio reading promotion brand activities,promoting legal UGC audio books,building a legal platform for the dissemination of audio books and encouraging the promotion of offline audio reading.
