公正是制度之“善”--公正作为社会主义核心价值观的本质内涵

Justice is Institutional“Good”--The Essence of Justice as Part of the Socialist Core Values

公正即公平正义。社会主义核心价值观之公正指的是社会制度的公平正义。公正是人们必须为之奋斗的价值理想,内含公正之公的美德与公正之正的规范,二者互为表里。在此基础上,社会主义公正价值观优先强调作为制度正当性和规范合理性的本质内涵,它是社会制度之善的内在要求。社会主义制度所寻求的就是一种“坚持以人民为中心”的公正观,它反对以“权贵的利益”或“资本的利益”作为行动正当性和制度正义性之根据。公正作为制度之善是马克思主义公正观的实质和核心。我们在培育和践行社会主义公正价值观的过程中,务必做到两个坚持:一是坚持用唯物辩证法理解或诠释公正价值观;二是坚持在知行合一中培育和践行社会主义公正价值观。

Justice means fairness and integrity.The notion of justice in socialist core values refers to the fairness and integrity of the social institutions.Justice is the ideal of values for which people must fight,containing virtues as fairness and norms as integrity,that are forms and essence for each other.On this basis,the socialist justice values give priority to the essential connotation of institutional legitimacy and normative rationality,which is the inherent requirement of the good ness of social institutions.What the socialist system seeks is a view of justice that adheres to the"people-centered"princi ple,and it opposes the act of taking“interests of the nobles”or“interests of capital”as the basis for the legitimacy of ac tion and institutional justice.Justice as the institutional goodness is the essence and core of the Marxist justice concept.In the process of cultivating and practicing socialist justice values,we must do the following two things:one is to understand or interpret the justice values with dialectical materialism;the other is to cultivate and practice socialist justice values in the integration of knowledge and action.
