摘要
绿色创新是企业实现绿色高效可持续发展的新路径,也是企业适应新旧动能转换宏观背景的必然要求。现有文献聚焦宏观和中观层面的环境因素,鲜少关注管理者这一微观主体对绿色创新和企业绩效的驱动效应,而对新旧动能转换的实证研究也十分有限。文章基于高管环保意识的微观心理学视角,以256家重污染行业企业为样本,探讨宏观-新旧动能转换的环境不确定性背景下,微观-高管环保意识风格(机会型和责任型)对绿色创新和企业绩效的影响。结果显示:高管机会型环保意识和责任型环保意识均能够显著推动企业开展绿色创新实践,进而提升企业绩效;绿色产品创新和绿色工艺创新在其中发挥完全中介效应。同时,从高管环保意识风格看:高管机会型环保意识对两种创新模式的影响明显大于责任型环保意识;从绿色创新模式看:两种环保意识均主要通过绿色产品创新提升企业绩效。新旧动能转换的环境不确定性较高时,具有责任意识的高管倾向于采取绿色产品创新应对环境变化,而持机会型环保意识的高管更愿意开展绿色工艺创新赢得竞争优势。并以此对高管环保意识的培育和绿色创新模式的选择提供了有益借鉴。
Green innovation is a new path for enterprises to achieve the green,efficient and sustainable development,as well as an inevitable requirement for enterprises to adapt to the macro background of new and old kinetic energy conversion.The existing literatures focus on the environmental factors at the macro and meso levels,but seldom pay attention to the driving effect of the micro subject of management on green innovation and enterprise performance,while the empirical research on the conversion of old and new kinetic energy is also very limited.Based on the micro-psychological perspective of top managements’environmental awareness,this paper takes 256 enterprises in heavily polluting industries as a sample to explore the impact of top managements’environmental awareness style(opportunity type and responsibility type)on green innovation and enterprise performance under the macro background of environmental uncertainty of new and old kinetic energy conversion.The results show that top managements’environmental awareness of opportunity and responsibility style can both significantly promote the enterprise to carry out green innovation practices,thus improving the corporate performance.Green product innovation and green process innovation both play a full mediating effect.At the same time,from the perspective of top managements’environmental awareness,the impact of top managements’opportunity environmental awareness on the two modes of green innovation is significantly greater than that of responsibility environmental awareness.From the perspective of green innovation,both type of environmental awareness mainly improve corporate performance through the green product innovation.When the environmental uncertainty of new and old kinetic energy conversion is high,top managements with environmental awareness of responsibility tend to adopt green product innovation to cope with environmental changes,while top managements with environmental awareness of opportunity are more willing to carry out green process innovation to win competitive advantage.It also provides a useful reference for the cultivation of top managements environmental awareness and the selection of green innovation models.
