依诺肝素钠在恶性肿瘤化疗中对深静脉血栓的预防价值研究

Study on the preventive value of enoxaparin sodium for deep vein thrombosis in patients with malignant tumor treated by chemotherapy

目的探讨依诺肝素钠在恶性肿瘤化疗中对深静脉血栓的预防价值。方法选取2018年6月至2019年5月住院治疗的84例恶性肿瘤化疗患者。采取随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组42例。对照组患者不采取药物干预,仅给予化疗。观察组患者采取依诺肝素钠进行预防。统计2组患者治疗效果。结果观察组化疗患者凝血参数明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组化疗患者肺栓塞发生率、下肢深静脉血栓发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者口腔黏膜出血发生率、鼻出血率、注射部位出血率与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组患者凝血反应时间、血细胞凝集成块速率、血细胞凝集成块时间明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过针对恶性肿瘤化疗患者实行普洛静依诺肝素钠预防性注射,可有效降低深静脉血栓发生率,且普洛静依诺肝素钠用药安全性高,值得广泛推广和临床应用。

Objective To investigate the preventive value of enoxaparin sodium for deep vein thrombosis in patients with malignant tumor treated by chemotherapy.Methods A total of 84 patients with malignant tumor who were treated by chemotherapy in our hospital from June 2018 to May 2019 were enrolled in the study,who were divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 42 cases in each group.The patients in control group were treated by simple chemotherapy without drug intervention,however,the patients in observation group were treated by enoxaparin sodium for prevention.The therapeutic effects were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The coagulation parameters in observation group were superior to those in control group(P<0.05).The incidence rates of pulmonary embolism and lower limb deep vein thrombosis in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).However there were no significant differences in the incidence rate of oral mucosa hemorrhage,epistaxis rate and injection site hemorrhage rate between the two groups(P>0.05).The coagulation reaction time,blood cell clot rate and blood cell clot time in observation group were significantly better than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The preventive injection of prostenol sodium for patients with malignant tumor who receive chemotherapy can effectively reduce the incidence rate of deep vein thrombosis,with higher medication safety,thus,it is worthy of wide promotion and clinical application.
