抗菌药物专项整治对普外科Ⅰ类切口围手术期抗菌药物使用情况的影响

Effects of special treatment of antimicrobial drugs on perioperative use of antibiotics in typeⅠincision operation

目的探讨抗菌药物专项整治对普外科Ⅰ类切口手术围手术期抗菌药物使用情况的影响。方法选取2017年4月至2018年1月实施的普外科Ⅰ类切口手术患者90例作为本研究对象,将所有患者随机分为2组,每组45例。对照组采用常规抗菌药物进行治疗,研究组采用抗菌药物专项整治。对比2组患者整治前后抗菌药物的使用率与合格率、各种抗菌药物使用频数与频率、围手术期抗菌药物使用的持续时间以及用药时机和疗程。结果整治前研究组使用率明显低于对照组(P>0.05),整治后研究组合理率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组持续时间显著短于对照组(P<0.05);研究组使用频数与频率明显好于对照组(P<0.05);研究组用药时机与疗程明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用抗菌药物专项整治措施对普外科Ⅰ类切口手术围手术期实施干预,有效提高了围手术期抗菌药物使用的合理性,使临床中所存在的问题得以改善,效果极佳,值得被推广使用推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effects of special treatment of antimicrobial drugs on perioperative use of antibiotics in typeⅠincision operation.Methods Ninety patients who underwent typeⅠincision operation from April 2017 to January 2018,were randomly divided into research group(n=45)and control group(n=45).The patients in control group were treated with conventional antimicrobial drugs while those in research group were treated with special treatment of antimicrobial drugs.The use rate and qualified rate of antimicrobial drugs before and after treatment,the use frequency and frequency of the drugs,the perioperative duration and the administration time of the drugs as well as the course were observed and compared between the two groups.Results Before special treatment,the use rate of the drug in research group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).After special treatment,the rate of rational use,the use frequency and frequency of the drugs in research group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).And the perioperative duration in research group was significantly shorter than that in control group(P<0.05).In addition,the administration time of the drugs and the course were better than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The special treatment of antimicrobial drugs in perioperative typeⅠincision operation in general surgery can effectively improve the rational use of antibiotics and solve the existing problems in clinic.It is worth of popularization.
