摘要
在土工离心模拟试验中,离心试验模型箱作为试验土工模型必不可少的载体,其安全性显得尤为重要。模型箱受到面力和体力耦合作用,为准确地研究模型箱的安全性和变形特性,针对模型箱不同侧板,详细分析其所受载荷。在载荷分析基础上,采用有限元分析方法进行力学计算,为提升模型箱结构的安全性,进一步探讨了不同长宽比、筋与板厚度对模型箱结构性能的影响。从而得出两种有效的优化设计方法,可为离心机试验模型箱优化设计提供参考。
In geotechnical centrifuge modeling test,the model container is indispensable as the carrier of the experimental model,and its safety is particularly important.The model container is subjected to the coupling of surface force and inertial force.In order to accurately study the safety and deformation characteristics,the loads on the different side panels of the model container is analyzed in detail.On the basis of the loads analyzed,the mechanical analysis is carried out by the finite element method.In order to enhance the security of structure,to further explore the different ratio of length to width,reinforcement and thickness effects on the structure and properties of model container.Thus two effective optimization design methods are obtained,which can provide reference for the optimization design of centrifuge test model container.
