摘要
针对车间总体布局问题,考虑更多约束,建立符合实际布局情况的精确数学模型,并采用基于混合编码技术的遗传算法进行优化求解。首先基于多行布局的混合整数规划模型,将通道、间距和横竖放置等实际要素转化为约束条件,构建精确数学模型;其次采用混合编码技术,利用SLP获取的方案作为遗传算法部分初始种群,研究参数设置和操作策略,避免算法陷入局部最优解,提高搜索能力和效率;最后经实例验证,通过构建精确建模技术,获得了更加理想和可行的车间总体布局。
Aiming at the problem of the overall layout of the workshop,considering the more constraints,an accurate mathematical model is established which is in accordance with the actual layout,and the genetic algorithm based on hybrid coding is used to solve the problem.Firstly,based on the mixed integer programming model of multi-row layout,the actual elements such as channel,spacing and vertical and horizontal placement are transformed into constraint conditions,and the exact mathematical model is constructed.Secondly,using the mixed coding technique,the SLP acquisition scheme is used as thepartial initial population of genetic algorithm.Research on parameter setting and operation strategy,to avoid the algorithm into the local optimal solution,and to improve the search ability and efficiency;Finally,verified by instance,through the construction of accurate modeling technology can access to a more ideal and feasible overall layout of the workshop.
