摘要
针对减振器出现的异响问题,首先分析了改进前后两组换向阀的工作过程、结构区别,以及经过改进后的新换向阀系对研究减振器换向冲击的影响。然后针对两组换向阀系进行整车异响的试验研究和基于Ramp激励的MTS试验台试验研究,试验结果表明:在换向过程中,使用改进的新换向阀系结构,低速时减振器在压拉过程中的冲击减小、异响问题得到改善;在高速时,减振器在拉压转换处的冲击增强,出现冲击突变。得出结论,通过调控减振器活塞的换向阀系结构,减振器的异响问题可以得到有效解决,但是在改善异响问题的同时也引起了一定的负面影响。
At first,analysizes the process of working and the different of the structure about the two reversing valve.And analysizes the effect for the reverseing impact on the new structure about the reversing valve.Then,proceeds the experimental studying on the real vehicle tests for the abnormal noise,based on the two reversing valve.And proceeds the experimental studying on the MTS testbed about the two reversing valve based on the incentive about Ramp.The results showed that:at the process of reversing from press to pull,the reverseing impact retards and the abnormal noise improves at low speed;And at the process of reversing from pull to press,the reverseing impact is aberration at high speed.At last,draws a conclusion that the abnormal noise of the shock absorber can improve by adjusting the series of the valve block and bring in some questions.
